1:General Information
-All of the goods from nikeshoesno1 we offer for you are in high quality and brand new in their original packing with box, card, keychain extra laces, etc. You will recieve an order conformation after we recieve your payment to your mail. We can provide a tracking number to you after 1-2 days, due to packages not being able to be tracked until they arrive to the destination. The tracking number will be sent to your email. All the goods must be paid full before anything is shipped.
2:Return or Exchange
-(1) We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you. (2) Some unacceptable reasons for exchange are: I don't want the shoes anymore, I order the wrong size, color or quanlity, colors of the shoes are darker or lighter than the pictures, shoes do not fit. (3) Acceptable reasons are:Wrong shoes or size we sent, factory defect on shoes, the mistakes on nikeshoesno1's part. (4) The buy is responsible for the shipping charges back to us. If you don't ship it back to us for inspection, we will dot offer you credit and the exchange.
3:Shipping and Delivery
-All the shoes are shipped from china. All of the goods are delivered by EMS. You will recieve a tracking number from us after 1-2 days in which you can enter the site of the shipping carrier site and track your packages. If no one at home to recieve the packages, it will be held until you are able ti sign for them.
